Abstract

As the market economy developed, industrial relations became more complicated. The root cause is that more and more workers have a clear understanding of the protection of rights, and this objectively highlights various labor disputes. Taking into account their various types, it is necessary to resolve them properly and use methods and measures of legal and social work for appropriate intervention. The relevant departments should intervene in legal and social work when considering various labor disputes in order to quickly resolve disputes, balance the relationship between employees and the administration and protect fundamental labor rights and interests on this basis.
