Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the peculiarities of the psychological structure of the personality of teachers of the physics and mathematics focus of secondary vo-cational education organizations and teachers of comprehensive schools. For the empirical study of the issue, the author compiled a diagnostic complex of five blocks: needs and motivation for activity, abilities, personally significant qualities, and features of mental self-regulation of the individual. The article describes and analyzes empirical models of psychological structures for two samples, presents their differentiated assessment. It is shown that the psychological struc-ture of the systems of needs and motivation for activity, personally significant qualities and fea-tures of mental self-regulation in teachers of secondary vocational education organizations is formed, and it is stable. The psychological structure of the system of personally significant qual-ities of teachers of comprehensive schools is described. The results of the study are of practical value for consulting psychologists, heads of edu-cational organizations, teachers to improve the effectiveness of professional activity and perfor-mance of the teaching staff of the physics and mathematics focus.
