Abstract
The article considers the phenomenon of professional dynasties as a key mech-anism for the transmission and reinforcement of family values. Professional dynasties are seen as a form of professional succession, where the transmission of knowledge, establishments, and traditions from the older generation to the younger promotes not only professional but also per-sonal identification, enhances a sense of belonging, and contributes to the formation of family cultural capital. The role of dynasties in the development of social and psychological personality qualities is emphasized.
