Abstract
The study examines the features of innovation management taking into account the specifics of entrepreneurial structures. The target system of innovation management in the entrepreneurial environment is structured. In the process of analyzing the opinions of the au-thors in relation to the elements of innovation management in the entrepreneurial environment, the theoretical basis of innovation management was systematized by types of innovation man-agement, as well as its structured blocks. Innovation management in the entrepreneurial envi-ronment is systematized by key stages. Problematic aspects that reduce the effectiveness of the implementation of innovations in the entrepreneurial sector are identified.
