Abstract

Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, connected devices, autonomous mobility and other digital technologies are already changing all sectors of society. This requires a new type of project management that relies on flexible teams between departments and requires con-sultants with skills that surpass simple process management. The article provides a thorough analysis of scientific research in the field of using machine learning methods and human re-source management. An intelligent method of forming a short-term HR project based on machine learning has been developed, which allows to reduce the time spent on HR and, accordingly, reduce the costs of recruiters. A smart chatbot is presented that conducts an interview with a potential team member. The chatbot performs the role of HR, which, after the interview, trans-mits data to the database for each applicant. Based on the data obtained, the chatbot outputs the optimal result for the distribution of roles in the team among the best applicants.
