Abstract

The author of the article considers the actual problem of personalization of the educational process for the Alpha generation, whose representatives are persons born after 2010, in conditions of intensive use of digital technologies. It is indicated that this generation is the first generation that has been actively using digital devices such as smartphones and tablets since childhood, and has had experience of constant interaction with digital media since pre-school age. The article analyzes studies confirming that the Alpha generation has its own unique features, such as high digital literacy, rapid mastery of digital technologies and the desire for creative self-expression. Compared to previous generations, this generation is marked by a greater interest in the personalization of the educational process and the independent choice of learning paths. The article discusses the concept of personalization of learning, which includes an individual approach to each student, aimed at ensuring the maximum development of his potential. Three types of personalized learning have been identified: personalization for the stu-dent, with the student and the student, each of which is aimed at maintaining personal devel-opment and self-realization. Special attention is paid to the research methods used to achieve this goal, in particular, the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, terminological anal-ysis and the structural-logical method. These methods allow for a deeper understanding of the essence and educational needs of Alpha generation children. The article outlines the features of the organization of the educational process of children of the Alpha generation, as those who are characterized by clip thinking, describes the causes of its occurrence and gives recommendations to teachers on working with such students. The author also summarizes the results of the re-search and draws conclusions about the need to adapt educational practices to the needs of the modern generation, which requires new approaches to teaching and upbringing. The problems facing modern education in connection with the difference in the perception and use of technol-ogy between generations are highlighted, and ways to solve them are proposed.
