Abstract
The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the impact of digital trans-formation on the activities of the enterprise with an emphasis on its benefits, risks and factors contributing to the successful implementation of digital technologies. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of issues of perceived risk (financial, security and organizational) and their impact on the transformation processes. An analysis of the theoretical foundations of digital transformation was carried out: key concepts and approaches to digital transformation were defined, the main advantages of digital transformation for business were studied (increased effi-ciency, reduced costs, improved product quality). Key risks and challenges of digital transfor-mation were identified. The possible consequences of these risks for business were assessed. The success factors of digital transformation were determined. Strategies were developed that con-tribute to the successful implementation of digital technologies (investing in the platform, creat-ing a team of change leaders, training employees).
