Abstract
In the context of modern globalization, the transition to the digital economy and the emergence of new business opportunities, the task of transforming traditional companies into technological organizations is becoming extremely important. This requires the introduction of management models that are capable of providing high productivity, innovation, flexibility and adaptability. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for information technology, which leads to the transfer of all data in enterprises to an electronic format using various means of digitalization, such as software, web platforms and mobile applications. Digitalization is becoming a key step towards business optimization through the introduction of IT solutions and software products, which makes processes more efficient, cost-effective and high-quality in the context of customer service and meeting their needs. This paper examines the ways in which changes in business processes and human resource management contribute to the development of HR-Digital. The analysis of the world experience in the use of digital technologies in HR was also carried out and new tools aimed at improving the efficiency of work with personnel were explored. The main elements necessary for the success of digitalization implementation in personnel management at the enterprise are highlighted.
