Abstract
The article presents the relevance of research and organization of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the introduction of STEM education. The author assumes that the study of this problem will contribute to improving the effectiveness of the implementation of educational and educational tasks of educational institutions. STEM education unites the efforts of participants in the educational process in forming the competencies of applicants for education, which will provide an opportunity to offer innovative solutions for the economic development of the state and other spheres of society. Russia’s sustainable development strategy is based on the ambitious goal of achieving high living standards, economic and political strengthening of our country. One of the tasks of improving the quality of education is the search for promising innovative pedagogical technologies aimed at personal development and self-development. Education should be ahead of the curve, in line with the trends in the development of society in the future. STEM education meets these criteria.
