Abstract
The study focuses on regional differences in minimum and maximum wages, identifying leaders and outsiders among regions with high demand for engineers. The authors analyze the dynamics of salary changes and classify regions by the level and dynamics of wages. The results of the study show consistently high wages in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Moscow, as well as low wages in the Volgograd and Stavropol regions.
