Abstract
The problem of personnel motivation is widely considered today in scientific and journalistic literature. The complexity of the practical organization of the personnel motivation system is determined by the poor study of the features of motivating employees to work, engaged in various types of production. When organizing personnel motivation, due attention is often not paid to both taking into account external and internal environmental factors and the use of modern methods and tools for stimulating various categories of employees. All this leads to a decrease in the effectiveness of motivation and stimulating impact on employee behavior, and, accordingly, to a deterioration in the financial and economic performance of organizations.
