Abstract
To obtain more accurate and complete information about change management systems, first of all, it is necessary to conduct diagnostics in order to identify the readiness of personnel and the organization as a whole to implement transformations. In this regard, the main emphasis is placed on the analysis of external and internal factors that affect the readiness to implement organizational changes. When assessing the impact of the external environment on the organization, potential threats from it are studied due to the instability and uncertainty of the external environment, and opportunities for further development of the company are identified. Changes occurring in the internal environment of the organization affect the overall goals of the organization, its effective functioning, which proves the need for their thorough diagnostics. A quick response of the company to the impact of internal and external factors involves a strategic approach to management, allowing you to set goals and objectives, the implementation of which will enable the organization to strengthen its position in the market in the long term.
