Abstract
The purpose of the article is to study the role of digital leadership in the process of digital transformation of the enterprise. The paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on modern business models and management processes. The definition of key competencies of a digital leader is proposed. The impact of digital tools (AI, big data, etc.) on the effectiveness of management decisions is assessed. Key aspects of digital leadership are considered, including its impact on corporate culture, employee interaction, adaptation to innovation and increased competitiveness.
