Abstract
Key problems of management of scientific and pedagogical personnel in modern conditions are connected with the concept of management cycle, namely: planning, organization, coordination, motivation and control. The article analyzes these private subprocesses both from the point of view of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The actual problems of business processes characteristic of higher educational institutions in modern conditions are revealed. Scientific and pedagogical personnel are considered as a special type of intellectual resources with their inherent features.
