Abstract

Japan’s economic miracle is due to a unique management model based on the national character of the Japanese. The management system integrates into management the very understanding of Japanese culture and mentality. The key features of the Japanese character are hard work, developed aesthetic sense, love of nature, adherence to tradition, tendency to borrow, ethnocentrism and practicality. Managers play a key role in the Japanese management system, linking the company and the team. Managerial training in Japan includes higher education, specialized training institutions, internships and practical management. The Konosuke Matsushita School of Public Administration. Konosuke Matsushita School of Public Administration is an example of a professional approach to management training. The Matsushita School focuses on the all-round development of the individual based on seven key spiritual values. The school includes English, politics, economics, ideology, and human factors, and also focuses on personal training, physical fitness, and leadership development. The Soto School, founded by Dogen, is integrated into the Japanese way of life. Zen helps to achieve a state of peace of mind and enlightenment. Modern Zen methods help to excite the brain’s electrical vibrations associated with creative activity. The method is used to stimulate the creative energy of managers. Special blocks for meditation and concentration are equipped.
