Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tech-nologies on the development of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). The key benefits of AI implementation are considered, including automation of business processes, increased deci-sion-making efficiency and improved customer experience. Particular attention is paid to the barriers that enterprises face, as well as the prospects for further use of AI in the business envi-ronment. The findings of the study can be useful for entrepreneurs striving for digital transfor-mation, as well as for policymakers and developers of business support programs.
