Abstract
The article considers modern opportunities for training and advanced training in the context of their impact on the development of the knowledge economy. The key forms and methods of education, including digitalization, corporate training and individualized approaches, as well as their role in the formation of human capital and innovative potential are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the challenges associated with the accessibility of education and the updating of skills in the context of rapid technological progress. Recommendations for opti-mizing educational systems to ensure sustainable growth of the knowledge economy are pro-posed.
