Abstract
Labor migration is an important factor that has a significant impact on the eco-nomic development of countries, both developing and developed. The article examines the key economic aspects of labor migration in the context of modern global trends. The impact of mi-gration flows on the labor market, economic growth of sending and receiving countries, as well as the social and political consequences of migration are analyzed. Both positive and negative aspects of migration are highlighted, including problems of social integration, competition in the labor market and the need to develop effective migration regulation policies. Particular attention is paid to the economic challenges associated with globalization, automation of production and changes in global labor markets.
