Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the impact of economic changes on income ine-quality and social mobility. Key factors such as globalization, digitalization and transformation of labor markets and their role in the formation of economic inequality are considered. Particular attention is paid to the differences between countries with different levels of development, as well as to the analysis of social and institutional mechanisms that contribute to reducing inequality. Possible future scenarios are given, emphasizing the importance of adaptive economic policy.
