Abstract

With the rapid development of cities, the expansion of urban scale and the rapid growth of the urban population, the sports economy and urban development are becoming more closely linked. This article outlines the role and impact of the sports economy on urban development, as well as discusses measures for the coordinated development of urban sports and the regional economy. It also analyzes the issues that should be addressed in the sports economy in urban development. It has a certain indicative value for the future of urban construction and the development of sports in the country.
