Abstract
This article examines the importance of digitalization in the field of entrepreneurship
and its impact on modern business. Digitalization has become an integral part of modern entrepreneurship,
changing business paradigms in all sectors. Modern business cannot be imagined without
the introduction of digital technologies. Digitalization gives companies access to vast amounts of
data, which facilitates informed strategic decision-making.
The use of data analytics and artificial intelligence allows enterprises to make accurate forecasts,
optimize production processes, and improve customer service. Digital markets and e-commerce
contribute to the global expansion of businesses, which gives them the opportunity to successfully
compete both locally and internationally.
A virtual presence on the Internet and social media opens up new horizons for attracting customers
and maintaining relationships with them. Some experts also express concerns about how
digital technologies can help enterprises optimize internal processes, reduce costs, and increase staff
productivity.
Automation of routine tasks and robotization can improve the quality of products and services.
On the other hand, digitalization is associated with certain difficulties, such as the need for significant
investments in technical infrastructure and the training of qualified personnel. Nevertheless, it
plays a key role in the development of modern business, accelerating the growth of companies and
expanding their potential. Achieving successful results requires strategic thinking, investment, and
attention to cybersecurity issues.
