Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of key aspects of enterprise innovation management using the example of a large domestic company. The purpose of the study is to identify key areas and demonstrate concrete results of effective innovation management in PJSC NK Rosneft. The tasks included systematization of the applied innovative tools (such as RN-KIN, RN-CIR), assessment of the technological breakthroughs achieved (creation of unique products, software, hydraulic fracturing techniques and robotic complexes) and analysis of the significant economic effect of their implementation. The results obtained demonstrate that the large-scale implementation of our own developments, intensive patent activity (over 70 patents in 2023) and the creation of technologies superior to foreign analogues led to an economic effect of more than 150 billion rubles in 2023. The practical significance of the research lies in demonstrating a successful model of integrated innovation management in a large corporation, the first in Russia to have passed international innovation management certification, which can serve as a guideline for other companies in the Russian oil and gas sector and industry in general.
