Abstract

In the 21st century, all spheres of life have entered a period of rapid development. Against the background of rapid prosperity in the market, there is competition, and in fact, competition is a competition for talent. In the context of the continuous development of a market economy, if enterprises want to take a strong position in the market, the role of human resources becomes very important. Talent development increases the competitive advantage of enterprises to a certain extent. The goal of enterprises is to maximize profits. In this regard, this article mainly discusses the application of economics in human resource management and suggests some improvement measures aimed at providing valuable recommendations and background information to relevant industry professionals in order to make a more effective contribution to the healthy, sustainable and prosperous development of the industry.<br>
