Abstract
Mathematical models of linear programming are investigated in relation to the formation of optimal conditions for contractual relations between participants in a construction project. Three parties were considered as participants: an entrepreneur initiating a construction project, an investor partially financing it, and state or municipal authorities that are interested in the project. The mathematical model is based on the methods of linear programming, contract theory, as well as on the game-theoretic provisions of the theory of decision-making in conflict.
