Abstract
Professional education in Russia faces the need to adapt to modern economic and social conditions, which determines the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process. This article analyzes various methods and approaches to the integration of information technologies, such as brainstorming, problem-based learning, tutoring, virtual reality (VR) and distance learning. The study emphasizes the importance of active student involvement and improving the quality of education through the use of modern methods and multimedia resources. Experimental data confirm that innovative technologies can significantly increase students' motivation, develop their critical thinking and practical skills. However, successful implementation of these technologies requires highly qualified teachers, organizational skills and readiness for constant adaptation. The main principles and technologies that contribute to the development of students' personal and professional qualities are discussed, as well as the importance of a balanced approach between traditional and innovative teaching methods.
