Abstract

The article discusses approaches to the formation of personnel policies of organizations in the context of ensuring technological sovereignty. The relevance of the study is due to the need to adapt human resource management systems to new challenges associated with digitalization, sanctions and changes in the labor market.
Objective. To develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the formation of personnel policies that ensure the sustainable development of organizations in the context of technological sovereignty.
Methodology. Methods of logical and comparative analysis of elements that form a successful personnel policy in the context of technological sovereignty.
Results and conclusions. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to the formation of personnel policies, it is determined that there is a need for an integrated approach that includes the use of various elements that contribute to the successful implementation of personnel policies in the context of the formation of technological sovereignty.
