Abstract

In the context of the increasing competition for attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel, as well as taking into account the need to improve the operational efficiency of personnel management processes, the issues of systematization and formalization of relevant activities in the field of personnel management are becoming particularly relevant. Corporate standards regulating key aspects of the interaction of the organization's management with human resources are one of the tools that ensure the structure and predictability of the functioning of the personnel management system. The article examines the role of corporate standards in the personnel management system. The authors of the article pay special attention to the issues of adapting corporate standards to the conditions of digitalization and the use of modern technologies to automate standardization processes. The article highlights the special importance of corporate standards in improving the effectiveness of management decisions in the field of personnel management. The article is of interest to heads of organizations, HR managers, specialists in the field of personnel management, as well as to researchers dealing with the problems of standardization and improving the effectiveness of personnel management.
