Abstract
The modern financial environment today is characterized by the processes of introducing and
using innovative financial products, in particular those focused on the turnover of digital financial assets (hereinafter
referred to as CFA).
When innovative financial products are introduced, state financial control sets the task of determining the
system of legislative regulation that would allow the use of legal mechanisms for its management. At the same
time, there are several possible legal solutions aimed at fixing legislative issues in relation to the innovative
asset. First of all, it is possible to form such a legal mechanism, which is already used in relation to similar
objects of legal regulation. Secondly, a specific mechanism of legal regulation can be developed, which will be
focused on the specifics of the CFA.
