Abstract
The article based on the analysis of the use of chemicals in agriculture shows that the chemicals used in the fight against weeds, diseases and pests of plants and animals reduce natural soil fertility. As a result, this leads to a multiple deterioration in the quality of raw materials grown in agriculture, which goes to the preparation of feed for animals and food for people. This determines the ruin of collective and farms, a decrease in immunity and an increase in diseases of pets and people, the extinction of the population in rural areas, the disappearance of villages, damage to the economy of states, an increase in the threat of wars of all against all with the subsequent destruction of civilizations. In other words, the implementation of agrarian policy based on the use of chemicals in agriculture is an institutional trap leading to an increase in the threat of hunger, extinction of the population and the inevitable disappearance of civilizations.
