Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of digital financial platforms as a pivotal element in transforming the global financial system. The study covers innovative technological solutions underlying the platform economy, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, mobile banking, and cloud computing, and examines their economic impact on both the banking and fintech sectors. Special emphasis is placed on how digital financial platforms reduce transaction costs, accelerate data processing, and enhance customer experience, thereby creating new models of interaction between traditional financial institutions and fintech startups. The paper also addresses regulatory challenges associated with digital assets, cybersecurity threats, and the need for harmonization of international regulatory standards, highlighting the importance of balancing innovation with financial stability.
