Abstract

An effective management system in a globalized and highly competitive environment is a fundamental success factor for large corporations. The example of Apple Inc. illustrates how the digitalization of business processes and the implementation of innovative management strategies contribute to its sustainable development and strengthen its leadership position in the global high-tech market. Apple applies a centralized decision-making model combined with a high degree of autonomy of product teams, which allows the company to innovate while maintaining strict quality standards.
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to analyze modern management approaches that allow companies like Apple to remain competitive in the conditions of rapid technological progress and changing consumer demand. The object of the study is Apple’s innovation management system, and the subject is the key elements of its strategy, such as digitalization of processes, corporate culture management and sustainable development programs.
The study provides a detailed analysis of the implementation of innovation in Apple’s management practices and its impact on the company’s financial and market performance. The results show that an innovative approach to management helps to improve productivity, accelerate decision-making processes and increase the company’s market share. Examples of successful implementations of digital technologies and their role in creating market-changing products were discussed. Thus, Apple’s management system demonstrates how innovative management strategies can be the key to success in a globally competitive environment.
