Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of integration of digital technologies in the management of educational activities of higher education institutions. In the conditions of formation of innovation economy and development of Industry 4.0 there is a digital transformation of higher education system and formation of a new model of education system “University 4.0”. The new model involves the active use of digital technologies in the learning process and the formation of a modern educational environment in educational organizations. It is advisable to form a digital ecosystem in higher education institutions, including various elements - from a digital library to a digital diploma in the blockchain system. The article presents a set of key recommendations for the development of digital transformation of higher education system in the conditions of innovation economy.
