Abstract
The article examines the dynamics of demand for electricity from industrial enterprises in the context of growing production capacities. According to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, by 2025, electricity consumption is expected to increase by 16.7% compared to the past 5 years, due to both the expansion of production and the increasing energy intensity of modern technologies. Particularly high growth rates are observed in the defense industry (27.5% in 2022) and electronics. The key factors influencing demand are analyzed: climatic conditions (abnormal heat increases consumption by 15–22%), technological modernization (reduction of energy consumption by 12–25%), economic (increase in tariffs) and organizational changes (introduction of energy management). Using the example of the Style Plus sewing company, it is shown how modernization planning (equipment replacement, LED lighting) can reduce energy consumption by 12.4% even with an increase in production volumes. The results emphasize the need for comprehensive management.<br>
