Abstract
This paper examines the dynamics of development of platform solutions and ecosystems in the Russian IT sector against the background of global digitalization processes. The analysis includes theoretical prerequisites for platform business models, legal regulation of the digital economy in Russia, as well as practices for implementing advanced technologies. The main objects of the study are large domestic ecosystems (Yandex, Sber, VK, etc.), whose reporting and strategic documents serve as an empirical basis for comparative and regression analysis. Based on the studied materials, key success factors and main challenges (regulatory aspects, cybersecurity, personnel shortage) were identified that determine the further development of platform solutions and prospects for strengthening Russia’s position in the global IT market.
