Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of scientific and technical problems arising in the formation and development of special construction and technical knowledge used in the judicial proceedings of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to identify the main obstacles to the effective use of construction expertise. The tasks include studying the regulatory framework, analyzing the practice of applying special knowledge, and identifying gaps in methodological support. As a result of the research, problems related to the lack of a unified methodology, insufficient qualifications of experts, and imperfection of the regulatory framework have been identified. The scientific novelty lies in an integrated approach to the study of the problem and the proposal of ways to solve it, which is of practical importance for improving the effectiveness of justice.
