Abstract
The article examines the organizational and pedagogical aspects of the formation of a physical culture environment in educational institutions as a tool for the prevention of deviant behavior and a means of personal development of students. The main purpose of the study is to identify conditions conducive to the effective formation of a physical culture environment focused on value orientations and social activity of young people. The authors emphasize the need to strengthen pedagogical support, the formation of tolerant and normative attitudes through physical education and wellness practices. The paper highlights the role of integrating educational, cultural and sports components into a single environment that ensures positive socialization. Special attention is paid to the formation of sustainable motivation for a healthy lifestyle and the development of communication skills among young people. The conclusions presented in the article can be used in the design and implementation of educational and preventive programs in educational institutions.
