Abstract

The transition of the Russian economy to an innovative development model necessitates the modernization of innovation management, especially with regard to the key aspect of evaluating the effectiveness of innovation management, since the financial outcome of an organization’s activities largely depends on its results. The purpose of this article is to analyze modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovation management, identify their advantages and disadvantages, and develop recommendations for improving methodological assessment tools. The study will consider both traditional and new approaches that take into account the specifics of innovation activities in various sectors of the economy. Special attention will be paid to analyzing the experience of innovative enterprises and regions, as well as identifying best practices in assessing the effectiveness of innovation management.
