Abstract
The article examines key aspects of the digital transformation of education in the context of the formation of a sustainable and innovative economy. Particular attention is paid to the role of the secondary vocational education (SVE) system in the context of digitalization, as well as the introduction of end-to-end educational trajectories as a tool for continuous professional development. Based on the analysis of scientific literature and regulatory documents, the need to move from traditional education to flexible, personalized and digitally oriented formats using modern platforms, simulators, VR/AR technologies and project activities is substantiated. The importance of digital competencies as the basis for training personnel for the digital economy, as well as the need for strategic and regulatory support for educational changes are emphasized. It is shown how digital tools allow creating individual learning paths from school to professional activity, ensuring continuity, flexibility and adaptation to labor market requirements. The structure of the implementation of an end-to-end trajectory is given using the example of secondary vocational education, which makes this model especially relevant for regions focused on the accelerated development of human capital. The work is of interest to specialists in the field of education, management, digital technologies and regional development.
