Abstract

The article examines the aspects of the formation of human resources in the field of physical culture and sports in the context of the digital transformation of education. The purpose of the study is to determine the directions of modernization of specialist training, taking into account the development of the electronic educational environment. The authors analyze regulatory documents, educational standards, as well as the specifics of the introduction of digital technologies into the educational processes of specialized universities. The methods of theoretical analysis, generalization of practical experience and comparative assessment of the state of digitalization are used. As a result, the main problems hindering the effective development of human resources have been identified, including the imbalance of digital resources, weak integration of EIOS and the lack of digital competencies among teachers. The conclusion is made about the need for a systemic transformation of the educational environment, the development of digital platforms and methodological support for teaching staff. The work is highly relevant in the context of the transition to a digital model of professional training and contributes to the substantiation of mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of e-learning in the sports field.
