Abstract
The expansion of the use of digital technologies in the industrial sector is forming a new paradigm of strategic management, in which the use of data as a resource, the integration of end-to-end technologies and the transition to platform models of business organization become priorities. Digitalization of production processes, automation of decision-making and the development of distributed interaction networks significantly change the logic of the formation of strategic goals and mechanisms for their implementation. The article analyzes the key areas of strategic management transformation, the challenges and risks of the digital environment, as well as the prospects for the formation of adaptive management models in the context of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.
