Abstract
The presented work provides a comprehensive study of the features of inventory management in high-tech industries, taking into account the specifics of this industry. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern methods and strategies for inventory management in high-tech industries in conditions of volatile demand in order to increase operational efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. The key factors influencing fluctuations in demand are considered, including technological innovations, economic conditions, seasonality, consumer behavior and the competitive environment. The study also touches on potential risks and problems of inventory management, as well as promising areas of development in this area, including the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, blockchain technologies and the principles of circular economy.
