Abstract

Robotization of production processes has a significant impact on the cost structure and the labor market. This article examines how automation using robots helps reduce production costs, improve efficiency and product quality, while changing labor needs. The possible economic and social consequences of the introduction of robots are also analyzed, including the reduction of jobs for lowskilled workers and the creation of new opportunities for highly skilled specialists. The challenges for states and businesses in adapting to the changing labor market are considered, as well as the need for retraining workers and creating new forms of employment in the context of high-tech changes.
