Abstract
With the development of electric transport and charging station infrastructure, the need for efficient energy conversion systems is significantly increasing. This paper examines various energy conversion technologies for charging stations and electric vehicles, with an emphasis on their cost effectiveness and impact on affordability. Methods for optimizing conversion systems, including inverters and chargers, are presented, as well as their impact on cost and availability of infrastructure for a wide range of users. The possibility of reducing capital costs for charging station components is considered, as well as forecasting the cost of charging infrastructure in the context of mass adoption of electric vehicles. The economic benefits of implementing innovative energy conversion technologies are assessed taking into account subsidies and tariff policy.
