Abstract
The digital transformation of the economy has a significant impact on employment, transforming the structure of the labor market, professions and forms of work. The introduction of automation technologies, artificial intelligence and digital platforms leads to the displacement of a number of traditional professions, while simultaneously contributing to the growth of new areas of employment associated with digital competencies and flexible forms of labor activity. The article examines the main trends in changes in employment under the influence of digitalization, highlights the risks associated with the growth of inequality and structural unemployment, and determines the priority areas of state policy in the field of adaptation of the labor market. The need for investment in the development of digital literacy, reforming the institutional environment and building an inclusive employment model is substantiated.
