Abstract
Digital platforms and platform economy are becoming the main drivers of change in modern economic systems. The development of digital technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things contribute to significant changes in business processes, providing new opportunities for the creation, management and monetization of platforms. The article examines the main aspects of the platform economy, including its impact on traditional business models, the labor market, innovation, and social structures. The advantages and challenges associated with the use of digital platforms are assessed, and recommendations for effective regulation and adaptation to new economic conditions are proposed.
