Abstract

Digital transformation of the economy has a multifaceted impact on employment, changing the structure of the labor market, forms of labor relations and qualification requirements for employees. Active implementation of automation technologies, artificial intelligence and digital platforms leads to the displacement of routine professions and at the same time stimulates the growth of new areas of employment related to IT, data analysis and digital services. The article analyzes key trends related to the transformation of employment in the context of digitalization, including the risks of increasing inequality, problems of worker adaptation and the need to modernize state policy in the field of labor relations. It is substantiated that long-term sustainability of employment in the digital economy requires systemic investments in the development of digital competencies and institutional reforms that ensure the flexibility and inclusiveness of the labor market.
