Abstract
The article analyzes approaches to ensuring the economic sustainability of Russian industrial enterprises in achieving technological sovereignty. The relevance is connected to sanction pressures and dependence on imports. Areas of technological sovereignty policy are identified. Methodological approaches to balancing technological independence and economic efficiency are developed. The role of scientific and educational clusters as integrators of science and production is substantiated. The results are applicable to corporate strategies and state policy.
