Abstract
The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the dynamics and structure of the labor market in the field of information technology. The purpose of the study is to identify key trends, challenges and opportunities caused by the penetration of AI into various IT professions. In the course of the work, the automation processes of routine tasks were studied, the role of AI in the formation of new professional niches was analyzed, changes in qualification requirements for specialists were investigated, and potential socio-economic consequences for the IT community were assessed. The results obtained indicate the dual nature of the impact of AI: it both displaces low-skilled labor through automation, and generates high demand for specialists with in-depth knowledge in the development, implementation and management of AI systems. The practical significance of the study is to provide guidance for educational institutions, employers and IT specialists themselves on adapting to the new realities of the labor market, emphasizing the need for continuous learning and the development of integrated competencies. The scientific novelty of the work consists in systematization and comprehensive consideration of the impact of AI on various segments of the IT labor market, analysis of the transformation of specific roles and forecasting long-term prospects.
