Abstract

Today, during the period of development of foreign trade relations, globalization and integration of the economies of different countries, there is an increase in trade volumes. The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that a significant increase in global trade creates risks in foreign economic activity by unscrupulous companies, thereby violating customs rules in the illegal import of counterfeit and counterfeit products, the import of unmarked products or violation of the established rules for labeling imported goods. The article considered the main problems of the organization and application of the goods traceability system in the activities of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation, in this regard, the customs authorities are faced with the need to improve the tools for customs control of traceable and labeled goods. The authors propose ways to solve the above-mentioned problems through the introduction of tools and mechanisms for monitoring the tracking of goods along the entire route of their movement, from the manufacturer to the end user, or from the moment of crossing the border to entering retail chains.
