Abstract

The article considers the problem of forming a digital pedagogical culture of a higher education teacher through the prism of management practices. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to adapt higher education to the conditions of digital transformation, which requires not only the development of ICT competencies among teachers, but also the restructuring of the organizational culture of the university. The study presents the theoretical and methodological foundations for the analysis of digital pedagogical culture from the standpoint of the sociology of education and management, and considers key sociological concepts — social capital, network society, diffusion of innovations. The article analyzes modern management practices aimed at developing digital competencies, including institutional support mechanisms, project management, development of digital infrastructure and advanced training programs. The article’s conclusions emphasize the need to integrate a sociological approach into the development and implementation of management strategies in the field of digital education. The materials may be useful for researchers, managers and teachers involved in the processes of digitalization of higher education.
